What are the steps to take to make a purchase from MFTrain?

1) Products section: choose the products you want and click on Add to trolley.

2) Purchase: once you have chosen all your products in your Shopping Trolley, click on Buy or Place Order to finalise your purchase. Next you need to select a delivery method and a payment method to complete your order.

3) Your order: after placing the order you will receive an email confirming all details. If you want more information please go to My Orders within My account.

Please remember that if you choose bank transfer as your payment method, you have 7 working days to deposit the funds, otherwise the order will be automatically cancelled.

How can I cancel an order?

First at all you can request the cancelation of an order always that it has not abandoned our warehouse. Once the parcel is at the courier agency's disposal the cancelation cannot be processed.

To cancel an order that has not yet abandoned our warehouse you can either email us at info@mftrain.com. In both cases the notice has to be given before 8 AM of the following day to the order.

Cancelation will not incur into any additional cost and the full purchase price will be refunded.

What areas are covered in your delivery?

Currently our website handles automatically deliveries to Spain Mainland and Balearic Islands. For deliveries to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla and for international deliveries, please contact our Customer Service either by email at info@mftrain.com.

How much is the delivery cost?

Delivery costs cover expenses due to logistic handling, postage, packaging and transport. In any case, you will always be able to check the amount in the detailed summary of your order before you confirm and pay. Furthermore, within your Shopping Trolley you can calculate the delivery cost of your order through the section Delivery Costs.

For deliveries off mainland you can request information either by email at info@mftrain.com.

What methods can I use to pay for my order?

Currently the available methods are PayPal and bank transfer.

What is the delivery time for my order?

We take 72 hours since the order is placed to prepare and dispatch the products. We use fast delivery couriers who usually take 3 days at most for mainland and 6 days for Balearic Islands, to deliver the order. Nevertheless, if any circumstance led to an unusual delay, we will let you know immediately. For more information please visit our section about Deliveries.

What do I do if have an incident with my order?

If you detect any damage on the package by simple visual inspection, please do mention this on the delivery note, where you should write "pending to inspect" and contact us through our e-mail at info@mftrain.com so we can solve the issue as soon as possible.

How can I change my details or e-mail in my account?

Can I order an item directly to MFTrain?

Yes, we supply all our products directly to our clients at a recommended price. Here

Can MFTrain Locomotive be digitalised at a later time?

Yes, our range of Locomotive are built with an interface. If you wish to digitalise your Locomotive, you only need to install the decoder to the Nem651 connector.

How can I get hold of the Locomotive manual?

How can I get hold of replacement parts?
